How it Began
Keith C. Wolaridge is an inspiring community leader and educator, published author, and successful business owner focused on developing today's leaders in business and education. His journey began as an award-winning bank executive. He then retired and became a school board trustee in 2009 for the Panama Buena Vista Union School District in Central California. During his tenure he has made significant improvements in relation to the number of schools, budget, and student population.
Education
As a determined community leader, he decided to also become an Associate Professor at his local community college. His experience in leadership and the field of education led him to identify an opportunity to launch an online academy, the Five Pillars Academy, that focuses on providing education and resources to help transform leadership in our education system.
business
After working for a large business like a bank, consulting with other business owners through his work, starting his own business, and understanding what it takes to be successful in leadership, Keith began recognizing his skillset could serve others in business outside of the education system. As a result, he has expanded his services to provide independent consulting for business owners.
